Sony introduced the new Chroma Collection for PlayStation 5 and DualSense controllers. This collection features three new iridescent shades – Chroma Pearl, Chroma Indigo and Chroma Teal. Prices for console covers start at CZK 1, while controllers are available for CZK 500.
- New Chroma Collection: Sony launched a collection of PlayStation 5 panels and DualSense controllers in three new colors with an iridescent effect.
- Shades: The collection includes three colors:
- Chroma Pearl: White with subtle shades of pink and cream.
- Chroma Indigo: A mixture of dark blue and purple.
- Chroma Teal: A combination of dark shades of green with a touch of blue.
- Only for PlayStation 5 slim: Console covers are designed exclusively for the redesigned PS5 slim model.
- The price of console covers: Each cover from the Chroma Collection will cost USD 65 (approx. CZK 1).
- Price of DualSense controllers: The new DualSense controllers with these colors will cost USD 80 (approx. CZK 1). The controls are functionally the same as previous models, differing only in design.
- Pre-orders: Pre-orders for the Chroma Collection begin on October 3rd.
- Availability:
- Chroma Pearl and Chroma Indigo will be available on November 7, 2024.
- Chroma Teal will not be released until January 23, 2025.
- Appearance and effects: The iridescent effect on the covers and controls changes colors according to the angle of the light, giving a dynamic and unique look.
